Print this form and use it for add-on orders to your wedding or portrait package. The prices and sizes are listed below. Use the numbers/letters that are written on the back of the proof print when filling out this form. Unless you specify differently, your prints will be centered and balanced when they are enlarged. Often this means areas in the photo are cropped out. All of your enlargements will be color corrected for the best print possible.

Please bring the proof images you have selected along with all your Enlargement Order Forms to Bob Darling. These are used to ensure the right negative is sent to the lab and will be returned to with your final order.
